Food Truck Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at our upcoming 50^th Anniversary Joint Commemoration events.

These events will recognize the importance of the culinary and artistic contributions of the communities who have made an indelible mark on the fabric of Minnesota since the end of the Vietnam War, Southeast Asian conflicts, and Secret War.

Please complete this application in full by 5:00 p.m. CST October 13, 2025. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. If selected, you will be required to be at Royalston Square in Minneapolis on Saturday, October 25 from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Selected vendors will be notified by email on October 15, 2025, and must be able to provide the following documents: Certificate of Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance with Minnesota Humanities Center and Royalston Square listed as additionally insured, and License to sell food in the state of Minnesota.
