A visitor at the Why Treaties Matter traveling exhibit pauses to read a display on "Treaty Making in America."

Join us for an engaging session highlighting the Minnesota Humanities Center’s impactful work supporting educators across the state. Learn about the meaningful Dakota and Ojibwe resources available to help teachers and schools deepen cultural understanding in the classroom. Participants will also explore a standards-aligned lesson focused on the “Why Treaties Matter” initiative, offering valuable insights for integrating Indigenous perspectives into teaching. Don’t miss this opportunity to expand your knowledge and bring these important narratives into your classroom, school, and district!

This session will be hosted by Resource Training & Solutions, one of nine Minnesota Service Cooperatives.
