Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at our upcoming 50th Anniversary Joint Commemoration events.

These events will recognize the importance of the culinary and artistic contributions of the communities who have made an indelible mark on the fabric of Minnesota since the end of the Vietnam War, Southeast Asian conflicts, and Secret War.

Please read the following carefully before completing this application in full. This application must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. CST October 13, 2025 and does not guarantee acceptance.

If selected, you will be required to be at Union Depot in downtown St. Paul for both event dates:

• Saturday, November 1 from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. AND
• Sunday, November 2 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Selected vendors will be notified by email on October 15 and must be able to provide the following documents within 10 days:
  • Certificate of Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance with Minnesota Humanities Center and Union Depot listed as additionally insured
  • License to sell food in the state of Minnesota;
  • Minnesota Food Handler’s Permit/Health Department Approval
