St. Paul – Rain Taxi’s Twin Cities Book Festival
November 7 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
Free
The Minnesota Humanities Center is pleased to participate in Rain Taxi’s 26th annual Twin Cities Book Festival, a daylong celebration of books, writers, readers, and Minnesota’s vibrant literary community.
The festival brings together readers, writers, publishers, booksellers, and literary organizations for author readings and conversations, book signings, family-friendly programming, and a bustling book fair featuring more than 140 exhibitors. The festival takes place Saturday, November 7, from 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. at Union Depot in Saint Paul and is free and open to the public.
MHC is proud to participate because literature is central to the humanities. Books and stories invite us to encounter experiences beyond our own, explore questions about ourselves and our communities, preserve memory, illuminate history, and deepen our understanding of the people and ideas that shape our world.
Our participation also reflects MHC’s ongoing commitment to Minnesota’s writers, readers, storytellers, and literary communities. Through literary programs, poetry, youth engagement, author conversations, and partnerships across the state, MHC creates opportunities for people of all ages to connect through books, stories, and ideas.
Stop by the MHC table to learn more about our literary and public humanities programs – and be sure to mention that you saw this event announcement on MHC’s website. We will have a special surprise waiting for you!
